Responsibilities :
General Responsibilities (OJT for Finance Controller/Corporate Secretary):
- Assist in the filing of LRDC corporate records e.g. permanent records from SEC, BIR, PEZA, LGU, etc.
- Assist in the preparation of the corporate records needed by government agencies for business permit, sanitary permit, CCENRO permit, etc.
- To act as errands with ACCRA Law, City Health, City Treasurer, City Assessor, SEC, PEZA, etc.
- To act as errand by Corporate Secretary with BOD and ACCRA for the notarization of secretary's certificates, contracts, agreements, etc.
- To do scanning of BOD Minutes of Meeting & Secretaries Certificate.
- Filing of company records & preparation of list of corporate documents.
- Transfer of old records from 14F Records Room to 21stF Corporate Records Room.
- Any ad hoc responsibilities assigned from time to time.
