About Campus

Campus is on a mission to accelerate the talent of tomorrow and reimagine what college can (and should) be. The problem is clear: college costs have skyrocketed, but outcomes haven’t. Traditional college hasn’t kept up with the aspirations of today’s students—and they can’t afford to wait.

At Campus, we’ve built a two-year, accredited college where students learn from top professors at universities like Princeton, Stanford, and Howard, in live, online classes. Our students graduate with in-demand business and AI skills—ready to launch their careers or transfer to top four-year universities. Our unique approach is grounded in a pioneering technology platform and a heavily-researched student success model that offers students dedicated advisors and on-demand tutoring and coaching. We were also named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies of 2024.

We’re backed by an exceptional investor team that believes deeply in our vision for the future of education, including General Catalyst, Founders Fund, Bloomberg Beta, 8VC, Rethink Education, Sam Altman, Jason Citron, Shaquille O’Neal, and others.

The world has changed. Higher ed needs to catch up, and we’re leading the way - come join us!

About the Team

This role will be a part of Campus Student Affairs, overseeing the end-to-end journey of enrolled students. From orientation through Alumni Services, the Student Affairs team provides traditional administrative resources and outside-the-classroom programming and resources, including skill training, professional development, and career and transfer advisement to ensure Campus students reach for the stars.

The Affairs team handles all student compliance issues and all “one-to-many” programs, including orientation, graduation, professional development, career and transfer readiness, and more!

About the Role

We are seeking a Student Support Coordinator passionate about student wellness and support, community-building, and ensuring students have a safe and inspired experience at Campus! This role requires a dynamic problem-solver who can advocate for students while upholding institutional policies ensuring a safe, fair, and inclusive educational experience. The Student Support Coordinator will bridge student needs and institutional processes, managing sensitive individual needs such as ADA, Title IX, and conduct concerns on one hand, while supporting our online communities with enthusiasm and inspired knowledge on the other. If you are a strong listener with experience in student affairs, disability services, or conduct processes, we encourage you to apply!

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Champion accessibility and equity by coordinating ADA / Title IX accommodations and ensuring compliance with disability regulations, working closely with faculty and staff  to remove barriers for students.
  • Uphold student accountability with care by managing conduct-violation and grievance cases, mediating disputes, refining policies, and enhancing practices that promote learning and growth.
  • Be a first responder for student well-being by connecting students in crisis to the right mental health resources, building a stronger network of support services, and ensuring timely referrals.
  • Support our online student community by moderating and facilitating social and academic group within our online platform, curating inspiring content, and crafting communications and media campaigns that amplify student success
  • Drive data-informed improvements by building reports that ensure compliance, enhance the student experience, and streamline communication across campus departments.

We’re excited about you because…

  • You’ve successfully advocated for student access and equity—whether through managing accommodations, handling student conduct, or leading inclusion initiatives.
  • You have a track record of handling complex student cases with professionalism, discretion, and a student-centered approach.
  • You have a passion for media and communications, whether through writing, design, or other creative media!
  • You confidently navigate challenging conversations—whether mediating disputes, guiding students through policy violations, or supporting mental health concerns.
  • You bring deep knowledge of higher education policies and compliance (ADA, FERPA, student conduct, or Title IX) and know how to implement them effectively.
  • You’re a proactive problem solver who doesn’t just manage processes but actively improves them, making student affairs work smarter, not harder.

Location: To comply with our future operational needs, prospective candidates must be willing to transition to a hybrid work schedule upon the opening of our office (Mon & Fri remote; Tues -Thurs in-office)

What you’ll get:

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($65,000 - $75,000) + equity grant
    • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
  • Medical Insurance + free Dental and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) match
  • “Take what you need” PTO + several paid holidays
  • Social events - happy hours, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, & more
  • Opportunity to make an impact – you’ll be an integral player in bringing our vision to life

What We Do

Campus is a technology-driven company dedicated to accelerating the talent of tomorrow. We empower students to find their purpose, help them build a plan and support them as they achieve their goals through affordable, world-class education provided by professors from prestigious institutions such as Princeton, NYU, UCLA, and Spelman. By making education more accessible and customized to each individual's needs, we can achieve our mission of accelerating the talent of tomorrow, one student at a time.

Why Work With Us

We’re inspired by the efforts of those seeking to increase completion rates for community college students. We find the CUNY ASAP program and its efforts to address how systemic barriers and unique personal responsibilities may hinder many students completing their degree especially compelling.
