We're a thriving team of over 1500 professionals and we're currently on the lookout for a new Strategy & Performance Manager, Quick Commerce to join our Helsinki office!

In this role, your salary will be determined based on your skills and experience and will fall within the range of 4500 - 5500 euros per month.
What would you be doing?
We want to be leading the way in offering our customers more than just restaurant food - we want to be their go-to place when it comes to any type of retail, whether it’s groceries, everyday essentials, or even services.
This role will be part of the local market teams, reporting to the General Manager, Quick Commerce of Finland. In this role, you will work closely with regional leadership in driving strategic initiatives and monitoring business performance, in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the functional teams. You will be responsible for managing the monthly reporting process with senior stakeholders and pivotal in tracking progress across key strategic priorities, particularly for cross-functional topics across local shops.
Key responsibilities in this role include:

Dig into data, and provide insights and business performance improvement ideas to the team and QC management.

Collate information and build presentations for monthly/quarterly reporting purposes to local/regional senior management.

Build relationships with other key stakeholders across finance, marketing, pricing & logistics to define and track shared OKRs and KPIs.

Drive development and implementation of the local market QC strategy to achieve budget targets.

Lead special projects end-to-end in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Define timelines and track the progress of key initiatives, communicating milestones and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Provide insights and commentary on business performance to the QC regional performance team, for upward reporting to our regional C-Level management.
What are we looking for?

You are a data-driven person and possess the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data.

You are proactive and structured in bringing actionable insights to the team and local/regional mgmt. We are not looking for a data analyst - we are looking for someone who is a business developer and can also analyze data.

You enjoy solving complex problems and possess a high attention to detail.

You are comfortable in building presentations and bringing the essentials to your audience’s attention.

You are highly communicative, energetic, and independent when handling business challenges.

You are a hands-on team player with advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Having experience in management consulting, strategic business development, investment banking, e-commerce, or tech is considered a plus.

Having working experience in SQL, Looker Studio, and Tableau is considered a plus.
