The team you will be part of
As our new Strategy Consultant, you will work in the very heart of our global digital transformation program team reporting directly to the Head of PMO. You will have an important role in supporting our strategic direction and implementing projects. You will work closely with the Head of PMO, the PMO team, internal stakeholders and senior management across GN.
Your strategy and problem-solving toolbox will be essential to our growth in bringing forward the development of a global one-of-a-kind digital solution enabling future proof business capabilities supporting our One GN strategy.
This role is ideal for a strategy consultant who both want to apply a problem-solving toolbox and see the projects coming alive, a strategy consultant who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn more about how to run large-scale digital transformation.
Your contribution is appreciated and as our new Strategy Consultant, Digital Transformation you will support us in delivering our Digital Transformation Program by being responsible for:
- Supporting the Head of PMO Lead in developing material to the Executive Steering Committee in driving our Digital Transformation forward
- Developing decision-making material incl. analysis to senior management
- Following up with project managers on progress, develop and design performance reporting
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain solid working relationships
- Responsible for providing analysis work both quantitative and qualitative in assessment track
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PMO and contribute to the development of best practices and tools
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have
- Some years of proven experience with in a 10 tier-one consulting firm or a similar function in corporate strategy and transformation
- Strong problem-solving toolbox and timely project execution
- A structured and analytical approach to your work, capable of synthesizing input from multiple sources into a cohesive plan
- Project stakeholder management skills enabling you to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders and diverse teams
- You have good communication skills that facilitate clear, concise, and impactful messaging
- You love working in Power point and Excel
- You are familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in digital transformation will be beneficial
