About the role
As our new Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting customer projects both physically and remotely. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate on complex customer projects, working with sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, lead meetings, and present products to communicate customized value propositions.
- Guide complex quotations and ensure customer satisfaction through expert technical support.
- Act as a product specialist during launches and provide training for internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Support the current organization with technical product applications knowledge.
With around 80 travel days per year, this role combines onsite support with collaborative project work, enabling impactful cross-cultural and cross-functional interactions.

- Industry Background: Experience in the Food & Beverage industry (e.g., Dairy, Brewery, Food Production) or similar, ideally in technical or commissioning roles.
What You’ll Need
- Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in complex technical project support, including remote support experience.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English and one of the local languages of the respective Nordic countries.
- Project Management Skills: Experience in managing or coordinating projects for smooth execution.
