What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Threat Support Engineer to join the growing SentinelOne Support organization. This person will be the key interface between our customers, internal support teams, and development.  This person will handle product investigations around new, trending, or emerging threats on a variety of platforms including Windows, Mac, and Linux. This person will be located in the United States and occasional travel may be required.

What will you do? 

  • Provide email/chat-based support to internal support teams 
  • Document case activities and interactions with clear and concise information
  • Strive to resolve threat team advancements thoroughly and within internal SLAs
  • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through means of professional, proactive and personal service for both internal customers and external
  • Work closely with our research and development teams to determine root cause and possible solutions around new, trending, or emerging threats

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Contribute to our knowledge base by creating solution articles, how-to guides and videos
  • Minimum two years experience in threat analysis 
  • Strong Cybersecurity knowledge with a preferred 4+ year degree in related field
  • Excellent customer-oriented individual, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with endpoint and server-based security solutions is desired
  • Experience with host base security solutions is desired
  • Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux (mobile platforms a plus)
  • Training delivery experience an advantage

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some
locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range

$92,000$127,000 USD
