We are looking for an experienced Outbound SDR to support our K-12 market in North America. This is a fully remote role.

  • Time management: You own your calendar and manage your time effectively. You are self-aware about how you work best and are able to effectively prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and results.

Qualifications:

  • Enterprise Account Strategy: Research, identify, and engage high-value districts through a customized, account-based approach that requires deeper business and stakeholder understanding.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to design and execute tailored outreach strategies that reflect deep knowledge of district hierarchies, budget cycles, and decision-making processes.
  • Education Industry Insight (Bonus): Familiarity with the unique dynamics of K12 administration, funding models, and pedagogical trends is a strong plus.
  • Executive Presence: Ability to confidently engage senior district leadership with compelling, data-backed messaging that articulates ROI, addresses district pain points, and aligns Instructure's solutions with education goals.
  • Track record of success as an Outbound SDR or similar role.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound prospecting tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • High level of energy, persistence, and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
