As a Business Management Senior Manager in the Information Technology Group (ITG), you will play a critical role to influence strategic and operational oversight for various technology business functions working with ITG Senior Business Leaders, which may include operating/engagement model definitions, portfolio management, workforce plans, decision making on project/product investments, HR/workforce related initiatives and /or business policy and risk related adherence. Southern California Base Salary Range: $178,847-$304,040
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
