The Role
We are looking for a detailed oriented, execution savvy and meticulous individual to directly support the CEO of SimplePractice. Your contributions will directly help our CEO, our exec team, and the employee experience across the functional groups.
Responsibilities:
Executive support:
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks such as: managing an extremely active calendar, submitting expense reports, composing and preparing internal correspondence, and arranging domestic travel.
- Work closely with the executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as appropriate.
- Calendar management:
- Manage executive’s external calendar and coordinate meetings with external stakeholders.
- Manage the shared Operations, Leadership, and Company-wide calendars, including coordination of meetings
- Team All Hands: Manage monthly all hands meetings including the creation of slide decks and managing stakeholders to complete the presentation. Also responsible for running the meetings via Zoom.
- Manage ELT and XLT team on-sites and events.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in executive administration, project management, or related field
- Experience handling sensitive company information
- Someone who exhibits sound judgment with the ability to prioritize and make decisions
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Google. Proficiency in a broad array of online tools including spreadsheets and slide presentations
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company
- Resourceful, can-do attitude
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
Base Compensation Range
$40 - $50 per hour
