Job Summary:
Working within Global Away From Home Capabilities Team you will be accountable for:

  • Leading campaigns to unlock Global AFH as a marketing powerhouse, identify & expand global brand programs across AFH
  • Create & deploy toolkits to implement locally
  • Build investment model and expected ROI to facilitate investment, tracking and evaluate in market.
  • Share best practices globally to fuel continuous learning
  • Drive campaigns with global partners at a central relationship e.g. global hotel chain
  • Coordinate the creation and elevate customer& consumer specific brand value propositions and case studies
  • Align with the Global VP Heinz brand to evaluate which campaigns we bring to AFH and define what the ambition should be and how we execute
  • In partnership with the Bu's track and measure Brand Programs through aligned KPIs that define success
  • Leverage Cross functions (Consumer Insights, Finance and other Omnichannel teams) to build the knowledge and make analysis that help find opportunities for Brand growth in AFH
  • Ability to work across markets with all levels of collaborators to create consensus and execution for key strategic priorities

Experience Required

  • Experience in building and elevating across global markets both B2C & B2B campaigns.
  • Experience building internal and external relationships with senior leadership and track record to influence decision making to drive initiatives forward.
  • Ability to build value based relationships across functions, levels, and markets.
  • Experience working with agencies to build campaign aligned to our core brand principles.
  • Commercial acumen to evaluate and take corrective actions across complex multi country campaigns.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality.
  • Experience and skill set in consumer marketing, culture, new product ideas and trends.
  • Strong communication skills to listen, understand and influence senior team members.
  • Understanding of customer development, sales, and marketing.

  • AFH Global Brand programs performance
  • Brand Activation is one of 5 pillars of the AFH strategy worth $1b+ across next 10 years.
