About the position
The Digital Manufacturing Execution Lead drives the implementation of digital manufacturing initiatives across regional factories, aligning with global strategies to enhance efficiency and innovation. They manage end-to-end project execution, foster stakeholder engagement, and support change management to ensure successful adoption. Using data-driven insights, they identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
In brief, you are responsible for:
- Lead the execution of digital manufacturing initiatives within factories across Europe, ensuring alignment with global strategy and local objectives.
- Collaborate with factory leadership and operations teams to assess current digital capabilities and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital implementations, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute tailored change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of digital solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance digital literacy among factory teams.
- Act as a liaison between regional and global digital manufacturing teams, sharing insights and aligning priorities.
- Build trust and foster collaboration with factory leadership to promote a digital-first mindset.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Identifying potential issues that may arise during the implementation process and developing contingency plans to address issues before they become problems.
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
- Relevant degree
- At least 8 years of work experience, where you developed relevant skills to be successful in the role
- Industry Experience preferred
- Fluent in English
