Overview
The Sr Learning Coordinator is an integral part of Blue Yonder's Global Enablement team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of learning and development (L&D) programs to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development and experience co-developing and coordinating the delivery of training programs.
Scope
- The Director of Global Enablement is seeking an experienced L&D program manager that can support the Customer Success Organization across Blue Yonder Globally. Experience in LMS systems, understanding how to build curriculums for multiple departments simultaneously.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate the delivery of learning and development programs for employees
- Assist with the development of learning content and materials
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion
- Gather data for reporting on Learning & Development Objectives
- Schedule and coordinate logistics for training events and sessions
- Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure alignment of learning programs with overall company strategy
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and use this knowledge to inform program development
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Global Enablement Organization
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on coordination and delivery of training programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of coordinating and delivering training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with Learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
- Experience in instructional design is a plus
- Experience in Cornerstone, Highspot, and LEAi is a plus
- Knowledge of e-learning tools and authoring tools is a plus.
- Experience in a SaaS environment and understanding the Supply Chain Industry is a plus

The Anglian Water's @one Alliance is a partnership consisting of 8 companies, who each provide specialised knowledge allowing the @one Alliance to deliver complex delivery projects in the most efficient way, reducing the cost to Anglian Water’s customers.
Within @one Alliance we’ve currently embarked on a huge programme of work costing a massive £1.2 billion. We’ve entered year 5 of our current 5-year Asset Management Period (AMP7) meaning we’re full steam ahead in delivering around 50% of Anglian Water’s capital delivery projects.
Our partners are Anglian Water Asset Delivery, Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB), SWECO, SKANSKA and MWH Treatment. Employees in the @one Alliance are employed across all our partner companies and work together to deliver complex programmes of work.
