Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the HR and Administrative functions of Magna Servicios de Mexico, (MSM), Employees, and Supervise MSM H.R. Generalist.
Back up for Corporate H.R. Programs Director
Assist with the Benefit Harmonization Project for Mexico
Assist with the Mexican H.R. Forum for Mexico divisions
Participate in H.R. Core Programs for Mexico divisions
MSM - Supervise administrative functions for Magna Corporate Mexico Employees: Obtain market compensation data from Total Rewards Dept., job posting, review resumes, preform interviews, and background reference checks; collecting employee data information, prescreening, onboarding, orientation, benefit enrollment, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and exit process. Select and review benefit vendors for MSM employees: medical insurance, life insurance, food coupons, and savings fund. Comply with the Total Compensation Survey Process, and Action Plan. Comply with the PTU legal requirement. Comply and follow up Magna Service Awards Program. Process invoices for benefit vendors/service providers. data collection, and employment relations. Maintaining HR information and ensuring that it is current and up to date: MSM Calendar; Holidays, HR Orientation material; HR Presentations, Employee events, Annual meeting, and Creating employee communication material as needed. Maintain MSM budget and approve invoices. Maintain Magna's HR programs effective. Administer the Workday System.
Back up for Corporate HR Programs Director - responsible for department in the director's absence; assist with H.R. Programs for the Mexican Divisions as requested.
Total Rewards Harmonization Project for Mexico: participate in project meetings, the selection of broker/service provider, roll out process and employee enrollment for MSM and assist as required with Mexico divisions.
Labor and Employment Assessment - Responsible for complying with the Labor and Employment Assessment and follow up on action plan as required.
Employee Opinion Survey - Responsible for the MSM EOP survey and follow up on action plan as needed.
H.R. Forum - Assist with coordination and participation of the Mexican H.R. Forum.
Core Programs Orientation - Assist in the orientation process for new H.R Team Members / Managers / Leaders. Provide guidance and mentorship as needed for development and in maintaining the Magna Culture.
