About The Role

You’ll be responsible for data integration, data quality, and implementation of all Niche services. You’ll develop scalable processes to connect to colleges’ CRMs, validate data quality, and work with partners and internal stakeholders to improve data connections and data quality.  You’ll help our college partners provide meaningful data back to Niche so that our Customer Success team can find insights and make recommendations to our partners to help increase the value the partners receive from Niche products and services.

What You Will Do

• Help ensure teams goals related to data quality and acquisition are obtained
• Use experience and insights to improve and scale processes to both acquire and improve the quality of data received from partners
• Help implement and fulfill all Niche products and services
• Work cross functionally with other teams to help ensure company objectives are met
• Build and grow your expertise in Slate and other CRMs
• Join calls with college partners as needed to help ensure successful implementation
• Lead partner implementations of Niche Direct Admissions product including CRM configuration and data integration
• Use experience and insights to improve processes and help shape company best practices

What We Are Looking For

• You have worked in an analytical, operations, or strategy role in higher education admissions and have a passion for helping students find the school where they belong
• You use data to make informed decisions
• You have deep experience with the traditional college enrollment funnel
• You excel at establishing and improving standard processes, but you’re also able to find quick and scrappy solutions when needed
• 5+ years of experience in higher education admissions, with a deep expertise in enrollment data, analysis, and/or operations
• Passion for using data and analytics to solve problems
• Strong communicator/presenter
• Experience with business intelligence tools, statistical software and analysis
• Useful experience: SQL, R, or Python experience
• Useful experience: Slate captain or other education CRM power user

Compensation 

Our national target base salary range is $76,640 to $95,800, plus participation in our Annual Bonus and Stock Option Program. Base compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.
