Your role
We’re seeking a Sr. Demand Generation Manager to join our growing global team in London! Reporting directly to the VP Demand Generation, you’ll be responsible for contributing to Dialpad’s pipeline and revenue growth by driving impactful acquisition strategies for our business within the EMEA market.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all customer acquisition campaigns in EMEA.
- Work with the global team to develop comprehensive paid acquisition strategies across a variety digital and offline channels including SEM, Social, Display, Online video, CTV and Audio.
- Run and scale Affiliate and CPL programs, and management of Review sites.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage digital ABM programs.
- Manage the EMEA domains with the global web teams and help optimize SEO content for international domains.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing Operations, Product Marketing/Content, Creative to test messaging and help build the Dialpad brand in EMEA.
- Manage budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend to maximize ROAS.
- Forecast and set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign and channel, aligning them with overall business goals.
- Monitor, analyze and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Work with outside partners/agencies as needed and internal teams to meet new business customer acquisition, pipeline and revenue goals.
Skills you’ll bring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in managing and scaling Affiliates and CPL programs along with management of review sites.
- Hands-on experience in managing ABM programs and platforms such as 6Sense, Demandbase.
- Strong understanding of SEO and proven record in growing revenue by scaling SEO programs
- Experience with outbound and nurture campaigns.
- Budget management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
