Job Summary
Subject Matter Expert on specific types of deductions. Manages, identifies, analyzes and classifies customer deductions by matching and reviewing customer supporting documentation to internally approved promotional programs and for adherence to the terms of contractual agreements.
Scope / Responsibilities
The Sr. Account Analyst will be the Subject Matter Expert on specific types of deductions. Results include AR balances, AR past dues, and SLA’s (i.e. days to resolve deduction). Partner with Controllership, Commercial, Operations, and BU Finance teams to identify and address root causes. Coach / mentor 3rd party service provider (Accenture) employees to ensure performance meets or exceeds expectations.

- Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures
- Impacts the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team; may use discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
- Uses communication skills to exchange moderately complex information, typically within own team or closely related teams. Will be required to liaise between 3rd party service provider and SBD functions (Sales, Finance, Controllership, Customer Service, etc.) to resolve customer deduction disputes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
- 4 - 5 years’ experience in deduction management/accounting.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel – ability to handle large files with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, sumif, etc.
- SAP knowledge or any ERP Commercial Systems.
- Advanced English.
- Multinational environment (plus).
