The Role
We are looking for a Brand Studio Coordinator that will support the design and marketing teams with scheduling time, priorities, conducting quality control and ensuring project delivery to the wider group.
Main responsibilities
· Overseeing design projects and manage traffic for all creative services team projects.
· Constant communication with marketing and Brand Studio design manager.
· Managing expectations from stakeholders.
· Ensure each task is completed.
· Make sure each new task has everything needed to start (assets, references, copy decks, brief, specs).
· Assisting in projects status, estimations, priorities, urgent projects notifications and allocation.
· Understand each single project to be able to communicate stakeholder's expectations to the team.
· In case of needed, promote kick off calls involving designers or manager to get further information about a project.
· Support in all company projects that involve the use of the brand.
Required Skills
· Experience of busy, high-pressure company (like a big agency)
· Digital project management i.e. they will understand tools like Wrike very easily
· Knowledge / understanding of the marketing design process (even better if they know what B2B is!)
· Understanding of brand coordination
· Experience of quality control / consistency across design
· Experience in managing large projects with brand application. i.e. branding in web portals, branding in offices, etc.
