What You’ll Do:

Become a key player in the Sportsbook Product team of a global multi-brand company, contributing to the strategic growth and optimization of multiple products.

Contributing to the product strategy definition within the Flutter SEA brands

Collect the product needs from internal and external sources/stakeholders
-
Present and communicate product strategies to key internal stakeholders and brand representatives, informing them of progress and fostering synergies with other business areas.

Support the end-to-end development of various products, ensuring their structure and evolution meet the needs of different brands.

Conduct in-depth, data-driven analyses to monitor product performance, assess market trends, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive strategic decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, prioritize initiatives

Oversee and enhance the product offering across multiple brands, ensuring market competitiveness and maximizing overall performance.

Constant benchmarking of betting market (local and worldwide), as well as constant activities of store checks in the retail network

Help in the day by day product management ensuring a quality and competitive offer

Manage the relationship with regulator and external provider

Create and present different output for internal and external users
What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

Strong understanding of the sports industry, with previous experience in betting or gaming considered a plus.

A degree in Economics, Marketing, or a similar discipline.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and extract actionable insights.

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to convey insights in a clear, concise, and impactful way.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and align with different brand teams to understand their business requirements and value models.

A strategic mindset, able to quickly adapt and articulate value propositions effectively.

A proactive, self-starter mentality, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
