Job Description
Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) is an innovative e-commerce model that emphasizes ultra-fast delivery of groceries and essentials, ensuring customers receive their orders in under an hour. We are seeking a dynamic Campaign Specialist to lead and manage marketing initiatives for foodpanda’s Q-Commerce grocery vertical. This role requires a proactive marketer with a strong background in campaign execution, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for Q-Commerce.
- Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation, planning, and execution to post-campaign analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with overall business goals and objectives.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with the local commercial team to align campaign strategies with business needs and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with the regional marketing team to leverage best practices and ensure adherence to regional guidelines.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to drive joint business plans with key clients and stakeholders.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to achieve desired outcomes.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities in the Q-Commerce grocery space.
- Utilize findings to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation
Qualifications
What do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or growth-driven campaign planning and execution.
- Experience in Q-Commerce, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in campaign management
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to create localized marketing strategies tailored to consumer behavior.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
