Let’s talk about you

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Understanding of the Telco industry

  • Project Management expertise with methodologies like PRINCE2, AGILE, PMBOK, and MS Project

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within telco or ISP

  • Proven track record in managing projects meeting schedule, budget, and key performance metrics

  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations

  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive relationships with internal teams and suppliers

  • Thrives in a dynamic environment, showcasing agility, decisiveness, collaboration, and effective communication

How will you support our “Why?”

  • Manage projects using best practice methodologies

  • Conduct kick-off meetings for new projects, understanding context and preparing business cases

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery, including procurement, ensuring tasks meet timeframes and budget

  • Provide regular and accurate status updates to stakeholders

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery

  • Manage project team availability, identifying additional resource needs and escalating when necessary

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and provide feedback on team members for consideration and inclusion in their development and training plans

  • Contribute to the operational and strategic planning processes of the Customer Solutions PMO
