We seek a dynamic individual to join our team as the Solutions Manager team that will lead our Cross-Platform Testing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of our new product lines by leading cross-platform testing efforts. You will work closely with various teams to build best practices for our social and digital operations teams, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
Responsibilities
- Cross-Platform Testing: Take charge of coordinating and conducting thorough cross-platform testing for our new product lines. This includes testing across different operating systems, browsers, devices, and social media platforms to ensure seamless functionality and optimal user experience.
- Building Best Practices: Collaborate with internal digital and social stakeholders to develop robust guidelines and best practices for our social and digital operations teams. By establishing efficient workflows, processes, and tools, you will enable these teams to deliver high-quality content and enhance operational efficiency.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate strong relationships with various platforms such as social media networks, third-party vendors, and digital service providers. Maintain regular communication channels to obtain timely updates on platform changes or new features that may impact our operations or require adaptations.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving platform policies to inform decision-making within the organization. Proactively analyze how changes in each platform affect our digital and social strategies and recommend adjustments or optimizations accordingly.
- Collaborative Support: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers, Operations teams, marketing teams, and customer support, to provide technical guidance for cross-platform testing and operational workflows.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to cross-platform testing methodologies, best practices, platform updates, issues encountered during testing cycles, resolutions implemented, etc. Ensure information is easily accessible for future reference.
Requirements
- Previous experience in leading cross-platform testing efforts.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), web technologies, mobile devices, and browsers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with external platforms and internal teams.
- Proven ability to build best practices and optimize operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate platform changes and their impact on digital strategies.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to document processes accurately.
