We are looking for you to fill the role as Unity Engine Team Lead to lead the team of talented C# developers who contribute to engaging projects in Unity 2022.

The revolution of live sports data capture makes skeletal tracking data of live sports events a reality which opens completely new ranges of engaging sports fans. Examples include gamification of sports broadcast content by creating interactive live visualizations with web builds 

THE CHALLENGE: 

• Inspire and grow Software Engineers in your team across the Sports Virtualisation unit 
• Lead engineering consistency and alignment across the business unit 
• Become a domain expert in the exciting world of high-quality rendering of real-time skeletal tracking data 
• Be part of the development team and work together with your team in a flat hierarchy
• Listen to your team members to encourage and to develop them the best possible way 

YOUR PROFILE: 

• IT related university degree (BA / MA), or similar 
• 3+ years of experience working in an agile software development team
• ​​​​​​​You have 1+ years of leading development team(s) (ideally cross-functional)
• You have led 1-1s and believe in building strong relationships with your team
• You are interested in sports, game development and video streaming technology
• You have a good command of written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• You are familiar with Unity Engine or other Game Engine(s), especially in WebGL
• You are accustomed to Web Development using JavaScript/Typescript
