Role & Responsibilities

Community-Centric Strategy

• Drive social media strategies to amplify SOCKET’s visibility, increase engagement, and grow a passionate follower base.
• Stay attuned to web3 culture, using insights to deliver relevant and timely content.

Channel Management

• Oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and voice aligned with SOCKET’s brand.
• Optimize content for diverse platforms, including X (Twitter), Telegram, Farcaster, LinkedIn, and emerging crypto-friendly spaces.

Collaborative Campaigns

• Partner with creative teams and external agencies to produce visually appealing and storytelling-driven content.
• Align social media efforts with SOCKET’s broader marketing initiatives, fostering synergy across campaigns.

Data-Driven Approach

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, using insights to iterate and optimize strategies.
• Test, learn, and refine content approaches to maximize reach and engagement.

Crypto Trend Spotting

• Keep a finger on the pulse of the crypto space, staying ahead of trends, sentiment shifts, and viral opportunities.
• Champion SOCKET’s presence in crypto culture by participating in and contributing to relevant conversations.

Mematic Mastery

• Craft and curate meme-driven content that resonates with the crypto community, blending niche humor, trends, and daily events into SOCKET’s narrative.
• Leverage mematics as a core engagement tool to build community loyalty and spark conversations.

Required Experience

Must-Haves

• A deep understanding of crypto culture, web3 humor, and meme dynamics.
• Proven ability to grow and engage crypto-focused social media audiences with creative, impactful content.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills that captivate and connect with the web3 audience.
• Experience managing and strategizing for multiple social media platforms, with a portfolio of success in tech or blockchain.
• Proficiency in social media tools, trend tracking, and analytics platforms to measure and optimize performance.
• Creativity paired with an intuitive grasp of brand tone and voice.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with Ethereum infrastructure, bridging landscapes, and DeFi/NFT ecosystems.
• Passion for blockchain technology and a personal stake in crypto culture.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
