Position offers a starting salary range of $56,000 – $71,500 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive at DTNA

  • Provides support for Assembly, Machining and Warehouse IT equipment and applications 
  • Escalates incidents to Level 2 and Level 3 support teams based on the criticality of the incident 
  • IT Single Point of Contact back to the Operational teams during Major Incidents 
  • Follows IT standard processes for Incident and Problem management, logging all incidents in the ticketing system (Service Now) 
  • Troubleshooting and incident resolution for PCs, Scanners, Label Printers, Standard Printers and other critical Shop Floor hardware 
  • Documents troubleshooting Standard Work Instructions and documents repeat incidents into the Problem Management process to drive root cause analysis to avoid repeat incidents 
  • Continues to learn and increase skills to resolve more topics within the IT Onsite Support role 
  • Executes work assigned within the Shop Floor processes – these tasks will vary based on the assembly area assigned. 
  • Proactive monitoring of assembly line health and spot incidents prior to them impacting the Operation 
  • **Openings my be for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift- Applicants must have that flexibility when applying**

Knowledge You Should Bring

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Computer Science or Management Information systems.  Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Production Critical Manufacturing IT environment
  • Incident management and troubleshooting of daily topics
  • Execution of assigned Operations tasks within the Operational area
  • Documentation of incidents, problems and troubleshooting best practices.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

Past experience working in a Manufacturing environment in an IT support role
