Position Description:
To provide front line in-office and hardware depot style support technical support of all end-user hardware platforms.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

Provisions and decommissions end user computing hardware for all users.

Provides hands-on IT support for our offices, personal computing, audio visual, and printing equipment.

Assists with TAC (phone) support of remote users during peak times.

Helps coordinate large scale office activities such as employee moves, setting up or decommissioning new offices,

Supports installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software

Creates / provides user training for mobile devices, and end user equipment / systems.

Creates / updates documentation for common tasks / processes.

Support of large meeting events (both in house and remote), utilizing complex audio visual systems, Microsoft Teams, and MS Teams Live events. Acts as a Producer for Teams Live Events.

Works with the asset management team on inventory process development / review

Some travel to remote offices will be required.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
Minimum Requirements:
Position requires an associate’s degree with relevant course work in computer science or a related field and three years of experience in personal computer system support, development, or training. An A+, IT Fundamentals, HDI or other PC / Helpdesk beginner level certification preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires strong customer service skills, basic knowledge of operating systems in general, solid working knowledge of Windows 7/8/10 and MacOS, iOS, Android , MS Office, and Helpdesk procedures; ability to analyze and resolve problems, use independent judgment, and communicate effectively with internal and external contacts; ability to work with cross-functional job responsibilities; and the flexibility of working overtime.
This job’s responsibilities may include task assignment to support, administer, or access systems, which contractually requires ADP I or II Public Trust Access Level. Eligibility for ADP Clearance requires US Citizenship.
