- 进行简单的电子元件、零件和系统的电气和连续性测试
- 收集、记录并汇总检验结果
- 根据工作说明完成手动装配、清洁、测试、检验工作
- 根据工作说明准备和分类材料，将材料装载/卸载到机器或手动工作站
- 连接电缆、管道和电线以完成装配和安装
- 操作和看管自动装配设备，如机器人和固定自动化设备
- 根据工作说明进行外观和功能检验，标记、记录并报告缺陷
- 清洁并准备工作现场、工作站和机器
- 与设备操作员合作，促进机器对准、移动和调整机械设备和材料
- 完成分配的其他职责和项目
- 确保所有业务活动均以最高的道德标准进行，并遵守Canadian Solar Solution业务行为守则
- 遵守所有健康和安全规则及程序
最低资格要求：
- 能够适应轮班工作制（12小时轮班，下午6点至次日早上6点）
- 高中学历或同等证书
- 0-2年制造环境的工作经验
- 良好的沟通能力
- 对质量和细节有极高的关注
- 能够执行重复性任务，长时间站立和行走，并从事体力劳动
- 能够在快节奏的环境中管理多项任务和截止日期
优先资格：
- 有制造环境中普通工人经验者优先
- 具备工作场所安全、急救和心肺复苏（CPR）知识者优先
- 能够用英语和普通话有效沟通
