What you’ll do
We are seeking a SEO Strategist to join our Growth Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the acquisition of new healthcare practitioners across the French market, leveraging the SEO channel as a cornerstone of our growth strategy. The ideal candidate will not only possess deep technical expertise but will also be a strategic thinker who can translate SEO insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic SEO Leadership: Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy that serves as a key driver of growth, directly contributing to the acquisition of new healthcare practitioners in the French market.
- Vertical Support: Craft dedicated SEO plans tailored to various verticals, (including medics, pharmacists, physiotherapists and more), ensuring a targeted approach to each segment, that generate leads (SQL & MQL)
- Global/Local Collaboration: Partner with the Global product & website teams to integrate technical SEO best practices and innovations, while aligning with broader business goals.
- Collaborative Growth Initiatives: Work closely with Product Marketing Managers per vertical to identify strategic topics and opportunities, ensuring our content strategy effectively supports growth objectives.
- Content Management: Collaborate with internal content teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content that aligns with our SEO strategy and brand objectives, driving engagement and conversion.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and analyze SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize traffic, rankings, and conversion metrics.
- Market Insight and Adaptation: Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to continuously refine our SEO strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Who you are
- Over 5 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong preference for experience in the B2B industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth through SEO strategies in competitive markets.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.
- Experience in managing content creation with agencies/partners or internal teams
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
