What about the team?

You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, visually appealing, optimised, and technically robust user interfaces and experiences for B2B platforms. The candidate will lead user research and usability testing, continuously improving designs to meet both business goals and user needs. Experience with the Design System, attention to details and a strong technical background will be key to ensuring seamless collaboration with development teams.

Which will be your main responsibilities:

● Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and translate project requirements into intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces that align with business objectives.

● Conduct Comprehensive User Research for B2B Platforms: Lead usability testing, interviews, surveys, Google Analytics, and heatmap analysis to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iterate continuously to meet user needs and business goals.

● Develop and Maintain Wireframes, Prototypes, and High-Fidelity Designs: Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma. Ensure that designs are scalable and maintainable.

● Enhance Usability and Accessibility: Focus on improving the usability, accessibility, and performance of B2B platforms, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).

● Collaborate Closely with Developers: Work closely with developers during the design implementation process, providing detailed design specifications, style guides, assets, and any necessary clarifications to ensure high-quality execution. Utilise the Design System framework to document and manage UI components, ensuring consistent design implementation across teams.

● Lead or Participate in A/B Testing and Data-Driven Design Iterations: Participate in A/B testing and design iterations based on qualitative and quantitative data, using insights to inform and optimise the user experience.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on B2B platforms.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex B2B platforms, including dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and multi-step user flows.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and design systems, with experience creating and maintaining them. Proficiency in Design System for managing design components is required.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Experience conducting end-to-end user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate research insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.
  • Proven experience working in an agile development environment, with the ability to iterate quickly and prioritise design tasks in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
