About the Opportunity

We are seeking a (Senior) Technical Program Manager to join our AdTech division. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing our next-generation platform, designed to assist our partners—including restaurants and local shops—in scaling their businesses. You will work on our internal AdTech platform, enabling partners to effectively promote their best offerings and attract new clients.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of advertising technologies, exceptional project management capabilities, and a proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of key technical initiatives that enhance our advertising solutions and drive business growth.

About AdTech Team

The AdTech division is a rapidly growing, geographically distributed team dedicated to developing highly available advertising solutions for the local delivery market. Our solutions assist vendors and advertisers in attracting and retaining clients while enabling users of our platforms to discover new tastes and find their favorite dishes and products. 

Our offerings operate globally, spanning regions from Europe and MENA to LATAM and APAC. We deploy frequently and move swiftly, utilizing self-sufficient cross-functional squads that collaborate under the principle of "we build it, we run it." Our focus is on optimizing solutions for high load, high availability, low latency, and reliability, employing microservices architecture principles and patterns.

What you need to be successful

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably within the AdTech/MarTech industry including ad serving, programmatic advertising, and data analytics, to inform project decisions and guide technical teams.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.

• Experience in providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

• Understanding of advertising technologies, including ad serving platforms, programmatic ecosystems, and data management.

• Experience with cloud-base solutions (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), distributed systems, data processing/analytics, or big data technologies in the context of advertising.

• Knowledge in Python, Golang, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, REST, gRPC
