What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst, CLM Hub to Lead the successful delivery of strategic digital projects and tactical solutions within the CLM Hub (Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar). This critical role required to have a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

What are we expecting from this role?

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the CLM Hub to understand and document business needs effectively.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications for the development team.
  • Possess strong functional knowledge of relevant systems and applications to assess change impacts and propose solutions.
  • Work with architects and engineers to design and develop technology solutions that align with business needs and organizational standards.
  • Support project managers in prioritization, resource allocation, and the successful delivery of projects.
  • Assist in functional testing before UAT, support UAT facilitation, and ensure solutions are scalable and replicable across the CLM Hub.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of change management processes in compliance with SDLC standards.
  • Effectively communicate project updates, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Provide L2 application support as required and assist in resolving application-related issues.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive system documentation and report application-related costs to stakeholders.
  • Performing other tasks assigned by Management.

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information System (MIS), or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Solution Architect, IT Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or related experience.
  • Proven experience in agile project delivery within fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of corporate operational procedures, frameworks, and cross-functional structures.
  • Familiarity with the life insurance business and its IT solution delivery landscape.
  • Proven ability to document business and functional requirements effectively within the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong skills in conceptual and functional business process modelling.
  • Solid understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and their strategic relevance to business decisions.
