What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Excutive, New Business to support with policy kit delivery, smoothen the underwriting process and organized the documentation.
What are we expecting from this role?

Check and verify and make new proposals from frontline sales to ensure its accuracy, completeness and compliance

Make sure all recomplete on the pending cases processed promptly and effectively with underwriter's verification

Complete transactions in Life Asia based on underwriter’s decision and prepare requirements letters for proposal received from Underwriting (medical invitation letter, information supplementary letters...)

Generate Life Certificate from system LPS to store in Azure Cloud.

Proactively engage, coordinate, and cooperate with key stakeholders such as project/development team and other various functions to ensure smooth flows of communication to/from and between stakeholders.

Prepare and deliver the Policy kits to correct destinations based on each branch registered in the system

Taking part actively in providing feedback and initiatives to bring about corrective actions to improve quality of proposals e.g. team briefing and sharing etc.

Performing other tasks as assigned by line manager
Who are we looking for?
-
At least 2 years’ professional experience in a similar field. Prior work in life insurance or the financial industry or data entry and document verification

Good computer literacy/skills (Ms. words, Excel, internet & E-mail)

Good communication (writing and speaking) in English
