The Team:
Loan Platforms, forming the industry standard web-based loan trade processing platform dedicated to efficiently settling primary and secondary par and distressed loan trades in both the US and European markets. The loan settlement platform simplifies trade settlement by providing an integrated, collaborative, real-time platform for buyers, sellers, counsel and agent banks to capture, acknowledge, and settle primary and secondary market loan trades. It is designed to improve liquidity and efficiency in the par and distressed loan markets, facilitate trading and provide real-time reporting based on the status of open and historical trades.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- We are seeking a bright, self-motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team.
- The DevOps Engineer is responsible for hands-on build-out, configuration, deploy, scale, orchestration and monitoring in supporting infrastructure and our release pipeline for global commercial software platforms.
- Candidate must be comfortable in driving Continuous Integration / Deployment initiatives in the cloud.
- An ideal candidate would have process automation skills in the financial services sector.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise DevOps pipelines in a commercial environment
- Expert in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using Tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Expert knowledge of AWS Services
- Experienced in at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.
- Experienced in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation or similar
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Automate and streamlining of our infrastructure, operations and deployment processes.
- Tools and automation-based monitoring of production environments to provide proactive alerts on system health and reliability.
- Troubleshooting and resolving root cause issues in our dev, test and production internal and cloud environments.
- Take initiative and work independently on certain projects, while contributing to a large team on others.
