You will become an integral part of the Norwegian People & Culture team and your role's core purpose is to deliver best in class employee experience through user friendly tools, systems and processes. You will achieve this through continuous improvement and innovation with the employee & company needs as your north star.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

The position in the team which focuses on continuously ensuring compliance, improvement and innovation

Owner of systems and processes, super user and driving company/ country needs in development
-
Securing best fit of regional processes to local needs for employee engagement survey and performance management process

Supporting into the Reward processes from data insight, system and process
-
Driving adoption and implementation through various training offers and information arenas
-
Securing legal compliance in processes through manager follow-up & support, including People Partner training
-
Employee experience owner through our Hero Journey employee lifecycle tool
-
Securing insight and data driven decision in P&C team
-
Payroll link between people and payroll on people processes and legal compliance
-
P&C reporting to Governmental entities
-
Proactively work on data analysis and identify areas for improvement

Establish and develop relations with senior management, regional and global teams, and external partners and stakeholders
To succeed in the role Senior Specialist People & Culture, we envision that you have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR-tech, human resources, organizational psychology or a relevant field, or other relevant education and work experience.
-
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven track record in a similar role, or relevant work experience.
-
Strong understanding of the full employee life cycle and processes.
-
Solid knowledge of labor legislation, norwegian labor law, HSE, common and best practice of people and organizational topics.
-
Solid experience in system development and implementations, training and user experience.
-
Project management, change management and change communication experience
-
Solid understanding of organizational structures and dynamics.
-
Fluent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
-
Experience in tech, e-commerce or platform sectors is advantageous
