About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across Snapdocs to identify, engage, and hire top talent. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams. You will play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, enhancing our employer brand, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
This role reports to the VP of People.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, with a focus on technical, go-to-market, and operations hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to deeply understand business needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through sourcing, networking, and employer branding efforts.
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and a seamless interview process.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruiting metrics, report on hiring progress, and continuously improve processes.
- Collaborate with People Ops to refine and optimize hiring workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Refine recruiting and hiring processes, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with Snapdocs’ goals, while continuously improving best practices to attract top talent and enhance the overall recruitment experience.
- Champion Snapdocs’ values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or technology company.
- Proven ability to source, attract, and close top talent across multiple functions, with an emphasis on technical and go-to-market roles.
- Strong consultative approach, with the ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse = a major plus!), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track key metrics and make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Passion for Snapdocs’ mission and a commitment to fostering a high-performance culture.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, open to taking on responsibilities outside of the core role while embracing change and collaborating across the People team and organization.
- Bonus: you have adjacent experience in HR/People (ie: HRBP, Employee Experience, etc.)

If you are located in the SF Bay Area, NYC, or Seattle Metro area, the salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000. For all other locations, the range is $105,000 - $159,000. As a new hire, your starting salary will likely be between the lower end and midpoint of the range; however, all offers are based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
