We are looking for a temporary Senior Recruiter to help us scale our 2025 hiring efforts. You will partner with our hiring managers to understand and anticipate their needs and priorities in order to help significantly scale teams across both corporate and operations functions. You will work to identify and engage passive candidates and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a wide variety of candidates, and help us hire effectively, efficiently, and inclusively. In addition to working closely with senior stakeholders from our business teams, you’ll get to closely collaborate with human resources and talent acquisition operations teams to effectively drive change and propose process improvements.
This role reports into the Senior Manager, Business Talent Acquisition and is a remote position. This is a short term assignment currently estimated to be an 8 month engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Directly source candidates through research, messaging campaigns, social media, referral generation, and events
- Conduct preliminary conversations with potential candidates about Collectors and the roles for which they are interested in or have applied for
- Strategize on ways to successfully build talent pipelines for multiple, complex searches, with a particular focus on using data to drive decision making and strategies
- Be a champion of structured interview processes and ensure that candidates are seamlessly moving through the interview process
- Manage offers by extending offers, negotiating, and acting as an internal advocate for candidates
Who You Are:
- Resourceful recruiter with 5+ years of experience helping organizations hire top talent by sourcing, pitching and closing candidates across business, technology, and operations teams
- At least 2 years of independently closing complex offers at senior levels
- Excellent sourcing capabilities with an ability to align hiring teams, and identify and execute creative sourcing strategies
- Experience working as part of an “in-house” internal recruitment team with a proven track record of managing and aligning internal business stakeholders from the supervisor through VP level
- Comfort with communicating and working with stakeholders and hiring managers at all levels
- Organized, detail oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems and work with a sense of urgency
- Collaborative problem-solver who is able to proactively adjust to shifting priorities, and values the chance to make an important impact by building strong teams
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS); Workday and Greenhouse experience is a plus
Hourly Range: The hourly range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00. Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
