How You'll Make an Impact

Develop and manage overall project execution plans to meet objectives and customer expectations.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Maintain and update project schedules, including task relationships and resource planning.

Collaborate with EHS personnel to enforce project-specific safety plans.

Manage commitments to customers, ensuring all expectations are met.

Provide project management support for complex project proposals.

Control project budgets to ensure positive cash flow and accurate financial forecasts.

Prepare and present detailed project status and financial reports.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.

8 years of experience in project management.

Experience with turnkey substation projects is advantageous; PMP® certification is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective negotiation and collaboration.

Technical and business acumen to solve complex problems and meet tight schedules.

Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities with a positive attitude.

Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
