Your new role - Senior Project Manager - EMEA
Location: Germany - Remote (must be based in Germany)
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully delivering enterprise projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW), manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, and exceed stakeholder expectations through effective project planning and execution. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless deployment of Cognigy’s Conversational AI solutions while maintaining transparency and fostering collaboration across all stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include
- Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.
- Scope Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and milestones.
- Communication: Regularly update stakeholders, team members, and senior management on project goals, progress, and potential challenges.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment among project team members by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
- Accountability Management: Track and manage action items, ensuring all parties deliver on their commitments and project goals are met.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee project testing and ensure deliverables align with Cognigy’s quality standards.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct evaluations to capture lessons learned, applying improvements to future projects.

About you
- At least 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering enterprise projects on time and within budget.
- Experience within professional services, consulting, or industries such as Contact Center operations and Conversational AI.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. Familiarity with APIs and SaaS solutions is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of sales processes and business analysis, with the ability to align project goals with broader business objectives.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Expertise in project management software and tools.
