We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for Payoneer’s commercial products - encompassing all the ways our customers pay, get paid, and manage their business finances. 

This role is critical in shaping how we communicate the value of Payoneer’s financial solutions, ensuring clear differentiation, and driving adoption and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with product and GTM teams to develop compelling messaging, enable sales and marketing teams, and optimize adoption across key customer segments. 

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role requires a blend of strategic positioning, executional excellence, and customer-centric thinking to ensure that Payoneer’s solutions resonate with businesses worldwide. 

What you’ll be spending your time on 

Product Positioning & Messaging 

  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging frameworks for Payoneer’s core commercial products, ensuring clear differentiation and value communication. 
  • Align messaging across all touchpoints, including sales materials, website content, campaigns, and customer communications. 
  • Drive competitive intelligence efforts to understand the landscape, positioning Payoneer’s products effectively against alternatives. 

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution 

  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements, ensuring strong adoption and engagement. 
  • Partner with regional and GTM teams to localize strategies and ensure effective rollout across global markets. 
  • Work with customer success and retention teams to support lifecycle marketing efforts, increasing engagement and long-term adoption. 

Customer & Market Insights 

  • Collaborate with the research team to analyze customer insights, competitive landscape, and brand positioning. 
  • Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that improve product adoption and GTM effectiveness. 

Sales & GTM Enablement 

  • Develop product marketing materials, including product one-pagers, playbooks, and GTM toolkits to support sales, marketing, and regional teams. 
  • Ensure sales and GTM teams are equipped with clear messaging, proof points, and compelling narratives that highlight Payoneer’s value. 

 Is this you? 

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in product marketing, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, or related industries. 
  • Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies, driving product adoption, and crafting messaging that resonates with diverse customer segments. 
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging. 
  • Highly analytical mindset, with the ability to turn customer insights and competitive analysis into actionable strategies. 
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, GTM, and regional teams to deliver measurable results. 
  • Self-starter mentality, with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. 

 Nice to have 

  • Experience in the payments industry or working with financial products for SMBs and enterprises. 
  • Experience supporting international go-to-market efforts across multiple regions.
