We are looking for a Field Enablement Admin position. As a Field Enablement Admin at JFrog, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Revenue Enablement Platforms, including JFrog’s LMS (Juno) and Sales Enablement Platforms (SEP). You will also play a key role in orchestrating global sales events (e.g., Sales Kickoffs, workshops, and regional trainings) across AMER, APAC, and EMEA, ensuring revenue teams have seamless access to enablement tools, structured learning, and impactful events that drive sales performance.
As a Field Enablement Admin in JFrog you will...
Enablement Systems & LMS Administration
- Implement, manage, and maintain enablement platforms, including system integrations, data migration, and validation.
- Configure learning paths, permissions, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with vendors and customer success teams to ensure system performance.
- Train employees, managers, and enablement champions on system usage and best practices.
- Drive adoption and engagement through awareness campaigns and enablement initiatives.
- Support the adoption of sales tools such as SalesLoft, Gong, Linkedin, data enrichment tools, and more by tracking and reporting on usage and performance.
- Assist in the organization and execution of sales enablement events (including Sales Kickoffs, workshops, and training sessions), globally.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection and setup, registration, attendee management, and communications, pre & post-event operations.
- Provide troubleshooting support and manage escalations for system-related issues.
- Work cross-functionally with IT and Learning & Development to optimize workflows
To be a Field Enablement Admin in JFrog you need…
- 5+ years of experience managing LMS (Juno, Docebo, Cornerstone), SEP (Highspot, Seismic), and content management platforms in global organizations.
- Strong technical proficiency in LMS administration, event management tools, and reporting dashboards.
- High familiarity with Salesforce, including the ability to export reports.
- Project management skills with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to train and engage employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Customer success mindset to drive adoption.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models (preferred).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
