We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to be based in our Melbourne office!
About the team
The Pricing & Packaging Product team is one of the core areas for Xero. We partner with multiple teams across Xero and help monetise new products, new markets and create beautiful buying experiences for our customers and internal partners. We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of crafting world-class customer experiences.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on customer experience or experimentation.
- A proven track record of delivering products that drive significant customer and business impact.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfort with presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience optimising direct funnel conversion.
- A growth mindset, with a passion for learning, innovation, and pushing boundaries.
- Experience with A/B testing, user research, and agile methodologies is highly desirable.
- The ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams in parallel, across multiple timezones.
- The ability to build effective relationships and influence across all levels of the business leveraging excellent stakeholder management, open communication style and interpersonal skills
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be doing the following:
- Lead and own the Partner direct buying experience by identifying opportunities, creating beautiful experiences, rapid experimentation, shipping and measuring the impact.
- Managing a varied stakeholder group and leading through influence rather than authority. This is a high visibility stream of work so you should feel comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Own and maintain the roadmap for your capability area, as well as contribute to the wider domain roadmap.
- Lead workstreams required to build impactful products, i.e., managing cross-functional support (Engineering, Design, Architecture GTM etc.), designing specs, overseeing development and measuring outcomes.
- Finding moments and opportunities to level up the team of Product Managers and Business Analysts through coaching and mentoring.
