Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Growth Platform Team—an exceptional opportunity for a driven leader with a deep passion for security, identity management, and delivering seamless, secure customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone dedicated to shaping robust identity solutions and advancing security practices at the core of our platform. 

As part of our Growth Platform Team, you will report to the Director of Commerce, Identity, and Administration. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and advance our vision and strategic roadmap for Commerce and Identity, with a strong emphasis on security and identity management. You will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering secure, scalable identity solutions that align with organizational goals and meet the evolving needs of our customers. Enhancing internal customer satisfaction through robust and secure workflows will be a central focus of your efforts. 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Business Units, Functional teams, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution of projects related to identity and security. Your strong analytical skills will empower you to uncover insights, identify opportunities, and craft strategies that accelerate growth while prioritizing secure, efficient identity management systems. Attention to detail is essential as you develop comprehensive requirement documentation, ensuring security is embedded in every aspect of the product lifecycle. You will thrive on the challenge of delivering innovative, security-focused identity solutions to market, supporting GoTo’s expansion initiatives and strengthening its commitment to customer trust and data protection. 

Your Day to Day

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Identity Platform and Convergent Charging Platform 

• Drive the development of a scalable and secure Identity Platform to support authentication, authorization, and user management across products.

•  Ensure the Identity Platform adheres to best practices for authentication, authorization, and data security, including encryption, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and secure API management. 

• Collaborate with security teams to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in Identity infrastructure. 

• Establish proactive monitoring and incident response plans to safeguard platform integrity. 

• Oversee enhancements to the Convergent Charging Platform, ensuring accurate real-time billing, rating, and charging functionalities. 

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Finance, and Business Units to gain deep insights into customer needs, utilizing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. 

• Partner with engineering, design, and architecture teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. 

• Engage with the product team, functional leadership, and other stakeholders to socialize Identity and Consumption rating strategies and plans. 

• Define key performance metrics for the Identity Platform and Convergent Charging Platform. 

• Ensure transparent communication at all levels regarding the status and health of the product roadmap and major initiatives. 

• Ensure the platforms meet scalability and performance benchmarks for both current and future use cases. 

• Act as a clear, effective, and active communicator, fostering a collaborative team environment both internally and externally. 

• Drive internal process enhancements across teams, eliminating obstacles, and delivering high-impact projects with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality. 

• Take ownership of backlog management and prioritization processes. 

• Collaborate effectively with teams in different offices and time zones to ensure seamless coordination and execution. 

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in a product management role within the high-tech or software sector; SAAS experience preferred. 

• Proven experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles in complex technical and secure environments. 

• Background in real-time billing systems, convergent charging, or identity management platforms is highly desirable. 

• Strong understanding of identity and access management protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect) and security best practices. 

• Knowledge of convergent charging models, billing frameworks, and real-time rating systems. 

• Proficiency in understanding highly technical products and adeptness in influencing engineers while making strategic product trade-offs. 

• Proven track record of success collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams, with the ability to effectively advocate ideas and plans to various internal and external stakeholders, including executives, customers, analysts, and partners. 

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and project management capabilities. 

• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, particularly in navigating business considerations for complex software products. 

• Experience working in an Agile environment, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively across functional areas. 

• Highly self-motivated with a team-oriented approach, showcasing a passion for achieving collective goals. 

• A team-first attitude, with a focus on fostering team happiness, motivation, and productivity through proven techniques. 

• Bachelor’s degree required.
