As a rapidly growing software company, we are looking for a proactive and self driven Senior Product Manager with an Innovative mindset to lead our CRM and 3rd party integrations. 


Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, you will be a critical member of the product management team, who researches the market demand for CRM integrations in the Communications industry, defines integrations strategy for CCaaS and UCaaS solutions and creates a roadmap for execution. You will collaborate with multiple cross functional leads and stake holders to drive towards the strategy and roadmap creation


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive new ideation, market analysis, product strategy, 5Q roadmap, PR/FAQ 
  • Work with stakeholders across various functions like Product, Engineering, Architects, Design, Marketing and Sales spread across geographies
  • Drive product core team and stakeholder monthly sessions
  • Customer presentations and partnering with pre-sales for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Deliver product and feature requirement documents
  • Contribute to Quarterly PI planning
  • Contribute to technical/product architecture discussions with stakeholders 
  • Manage conflicting cross functional priorities 


Product Roadmap & Execution:

  • Build, evangelize, and gain approval of business cases for future technology partnerships - including commercial terms as well as requirements for integration into Vonage CCaaS products.
  • Work closely with engineering and product teams to drive the prioritization and delivery of capabilities required for integration with partner solutions. 
  • Ensure product requirements and technical specifications are well-defined and align with both partner and customer expectations.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure partner provided solutions are effectively marketed and supported.
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team to create go-to-market strategies for new integrations and features.
  • Work closely with our product enablement team  to ensure sales and support understands the offerings and can effectively sell and support integrated solutions.


Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to ensure that partner solutions and integrations meet the needs of customers.
  • Advocate for the customer within the product and partner management teams, ensuring customer pain points are addressed in new features and updates.


Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the CCaaS/UCaaS/CX industry
    • Experience working with key CRMs and 3rd party vendors
    • Experience in Agile /SAFE methodologies
    • Minimum 3+ years technical product management experience
    • Minimum 3+ years experience working with UX and Architect
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions.
    • Experience managing conflicting situations
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience presenting and building business cases
    • Nice to have:
      • Experience as a Solution Architect
      • Experience as a UX designer
      • Experience in products delivering personalization and AI capabilities


  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field. An MBA or relevant product management degree is a plus.
