Tech Platform Network and Application Delivery Controllers area focuses on maintaining and developing IT network infrastructure for approximately 70 diverse location types within the Allegro Group, including data centers, offices, warehouses, depots, and more. It ensures secure connectivity for all AMG employees and key partners. The team is responsible for integration with public cloud platforms like Google and Azure for hybrid cloud operations. Additionally, the team maintains and develops Allegro OneBox environment, the Cardholder Data Environment (CDE), and manages email infrastructure. It protects the Allegro platform against network DDoS attacks.

We are looking for people with:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation)
  • Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
  • Ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Experience in KYC/AML processes (not a must)
  • Experience in creating IT products based on microservices
  • Understanding of the data driven design concept 

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Collaboration with stakeholders from all Allegro departments to understand and reconcile their needs, translating them into new functionalities.
  • Management and prioritisation of the product backlog in collaboration with an engineering team to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Development of product roadmaps and timelines, managing the delivery of features and enhancements. This includes reporting on task completion levels and proactively warning about project risks to the Executive Team.
  • Take responsibility for the shape of the product and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining an up-to-date risk register along with mitigation plans.
  • Participation in agreeing and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
  • Managing relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Contracts management with numerous suppliers (including all ISPs cross counties).
  • Invoices management.
  • Aligning directions and product goals set by senior stakeholders (senior management, directors) and actively seeking trade-offs if necessary.
