The role:
- Define, customize the software development process in the projects based on the company process.
- Monitor process compliance
- Periodically perform process audit and product audit.
- Prepare QA reports and send to Managers or clients as needed.
- Consult client, Project managers, other members for process, templates, checklists.
- Maintain QMS satisfying ISO 9001 requirement, CMMi.
- Provide Senior Leadership Team project status report and process compliance periodically.
- Collaborate and report Global QA Team about project status and process compliance periodically.
- Train employees for the process, related tools and techniques.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or relevant major.
- More than 4 years experiences of software development process, quality assurance (QA) or similar role.
- Knowledge of QA process audit, product audit, statistic, quality report and analysis.
- Knowledge of QA system development and implementation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, CMMi.
- Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
- Responsible and proactive.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English.
