Job Title: Insight Analytic & Strategic Manager
Location: Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh
About the role:
The Insight Analytic & Strategic Manager acts as a strategic driver, transforming data and market intelligence into actionable strategies that ensure sustainable business growth and competitive advantage. This role encompasses leading high-impact projects, managing external and internal stakeholders, and enhancing organizational capabilities through data literacy and analytics. The individual serves as a critical contact for Data, Digital, and Technology (DD&T) and Insight Analytics (I&A) in Vietnam, aligning business insights with overarching goals to achieve optimal results.
How you will contribute:
Strategic Partnership and Project Management:
- Serve as a key collaborator with senior business leaders to build agenda, content for addressing strategic priorities and business solutions in Vietnam LT strategic meetings
- Drive data-driven strategic initiatives to support decision-making and sustainable growth.
- Develop and implement business cases for product launches and market expansion with measurable outcomes.
- Oversee multiple strategic projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to timelines.
Data Insights management & advanced analysis:
- Serve as the key contact for DD&T and I&A, ensuring seamless collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to uncover actionable insights for brand and product strategies.
- Develop advanced forecasting models and real-time dashboards to deliver insights that support business planning.
- Oversee in market sales performance and stock coverage, recommending strategic solutions to optimize outcomes.
- Foster a data-driven culture by enhancing team capabilities in analytics and visualization tools.
Key Stakeholder management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including distributors and market research partners, to ensure comprehensive data coverage and insight delivery.
- Collaborate across internal functions to align initiatives with organizational priorities and maximize business impact.
What you bring to Takeda:
Education & Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or related fields; MBA or Pharm.D is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in market research, data analytics, strategic direction and delivering actionable insights.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end projects, from planning to execution
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into tangible business value.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, data management, advanced analytic and data visualization techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- High adaptability and curiosity to navigate evolving market dynamics and challenges.
- Robust organizational and project management skills to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives effectively.
Language Skills:
- Excellence in English, both written and spoken
