Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in our Benelux team in our office in Amsterdam!
As the Senior Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst will be responsible for managing multiple cross-functional projects across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on sophisticated initiatives within a fast paced environment, have strong communication skills and be able to manage competing priorities effectively.
What's on the menu?
- Execute complex projects by engaging stakeholders across the business
- Provide strategic guidance and partnership to leadership on how to address challenges and accelerate project timelines
- Lead IR & Board Review sessions and prioritize project requests based on strategic importance and "size of prize"
- Allocate resources to projects and maintain project tracker to reflect project resourcing and weekly progress
- Coordinate with Business Leaders from Brand Category to understand category priorities and forward-looking project pipeline
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience. Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.• Strong understanding of project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.• Experience working in a highly regulated industry would be advantageous.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
