About the position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an associate Project Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The SCD Associate Project Manager role lies within the European Supply Chain and the Mayo & Condiments "Pod". You'll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting into Victoria Lyne, Manager SCD. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of Mayo & Condiments innovation, ESG, VE and other projects will be your primary responsibility.
In brief, you are responsible for:

  • Project management & Portfolio value: Lead and deliver medium and low complexity projects end-to-end. Projects include new product launches, small CAPEX investments, cost savings initiatives and supply chain changes. By delivering Mayo & Condiments projects, you contribute to the "Portfolio value" KPI and Kraft Heinz NSV and EBIT overall.
  • Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Head of Pod, peers, BUs, and senior leadership, to gather input, secure buy-in, and drive alignment on project priorities and objectives.
  • Supply Chain Representation: Be the voice of Supply Chain in the Mayo & Condiments Pod related topics and ensure all your projects are feasible from an efficient supply chain execution perspective.
  • Expert Engagement: Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts, such as those specializing in demand forecasting, supply management, or engineering, to provide additional support and expertise as needed.
  • (SC) Collaboration: Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and support for implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.


Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • 2-3 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain
  • Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills
  • Good communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
  • English
  • Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
