As a PDE YE engineer, you will involve working closely with cross-functional teams for data mining of yield variation, data integration & automation system pareto, yield analysis and mapping for step and tool. Key contact will be MRDA / Process PI / Package PI / PDPE to research, design, and implement new packaging solutions while optimizing production yields and ensuring the successful commercialization of next-generation semiconductor technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Drives yield breakthroughs by understanding the comprehensive test flow across PWF and Assembly steps, process conditions, product design/operation and propose an effective solution for yield versus reliability requirements.

Collaborate with multi-functional team to build frontiers in the areas of yield improvement by demonstrating the knowledge of test flow, bench characterization, MEOL and BEOL processes and technologies.

Strong collaboration with Process, Equipment, Quality and Test Engineering to develop best in class process, BKMs and achieve MLY projection.

Maintain and improve knowledge and technical expertise, explore innovation opportunities with critical thinking and detailed approach.
Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).

Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.

Expertise in yield monitoring, root cause analysis, and defect characterization.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.

Familiarity with Statistical Process Controls and 8D investigation procedures.

Basic programming skills are a plus.

Experience in process integration of PWF and Assembly Line
