As intern in TSE NPI Integration team are expected to have the following qualifications but not limited to:
- Understand New Product Introduction process and intent.
- Capture the TEST NPI requirement and need date from internal customer (PDT: BU. PE, PMO) and communicate/coordinate with cross functional team(PE, TE, EE) to meet internal customer requirement.
- Opportunity to learn the Risk Management and provide input for NPI improvement.
Requirement:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in electrical engineering/Industrial Engineering Management/Technology Management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Relevant internship experience is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment
- Superb communication skills
- Programming skill is a plus.
- Microsoft software skill is required. (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
