What you will deliver
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new drivers, ensuring a steady supply to meet operational demands
- Manage and monitor recruitment campaigns, leveraging online platforms, local communities and referral programs
- Conduct necessary training sessions for new drivers or regular training updates on best practices for existing drivers
- Monitor driver performance and address issues related to behavior or compliance
- Build strong relationships with drivers to enhance satisfaction and retention through well-planned programs and engagement campaigns
- Handle drivers enquiries, complaints and other operational issues raised
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Team Management:
- Manage a team of 2 executives on daily operation activities
- Train and support team members to enhance productivities and customer satisfaction
- Proactively develop initiatives to drive customer excellence of the department
- Be the first contact point for solve customer complains
- Monthly provide performance feedback to team members
Who you are
- Degree holder or above
- With 3-5 years relevant working experience in recruiting and managing drivers (preferably logistics platform companies)
- Hands on and on-site person
- Can travel to the site as job requirement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic computer and software knowledge
- Good problem solving, communication, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and well organized
- Enthusiastic in logistics, technology, and e-commerce industries
